The long-awaited collaboration PUBG MOBILE X Dying Light: The Beast has officially begun, bringing a thrilling new atmosphere to the battlefield. From October 16 to November 4, 2025, players can experience this exciting crossover between the popular battle royale title PUBG MOBILE and Techland’s latest survival horror game, Dying Light: The Beast.
Face Biters, Virals, and Chargers in Castor Woods
In the PUBG MOBILE X Dying Light: The Beast collaboration event, players will encounter three types of zombies taken straight from the world of Dying Light: The Beast—Biters, Virals, and Chargers—now invading the Castor Woods area in Livik and Erangel.
Biters are slow-moving but dangerous in large numbers.
Virals are faster and relentlessly attack when in close range.
Chargers pose the biggest threat, boasting high defense and two powerful attacks: tackle and charge.
These zombies can be found inside the Castor Woods buildings. Players who manage to defeat them will unlock a safe zone on the upper floors and have a chance to obtain unique items such as the Baseball Bat and Genome Synthetic Booster syringe. The syringe allows players to activate Beast Mode, granting enhanced mobility, reduced damage taken, and access to a powerful Aerial Smash attack.
Halloween-Themed Mode and Special Events
Beyond the classic mode, the collaboration also extends to Metro Royale, where the gameplay remains similar, but players can sell the syringe after a successful extraction. Meanwhile, WOW mode, running from October 20 to December 20, introduces five new zombie types and an official crossover map inspired by Dying Light: The Beast. This mode is part of the World of Wonder 1.0 update in PUBG MOBILE Version 4.0, expanding player creativity by allowing them to design and share their own content.
During the event period, players can also complete in-game missions to earn exclusive rewards, including the DYING LIGHT: THE BEAST Avatar, Avatar Frame, and Kyle Crane Outfit Set.
